Yellison Farm Goats Cheese is based in Carleton in Craven, Near Skipton, North Yorkshire where we produce pasteurised whole Goat's milk and a variety of semi hard, soft, and spreadable goat's cheese, we can also supply goat cheese curds to order. All suitable for Vegetarians ! Gaining two awards at the 2008 & 2009 Great Yorkshire was just the beginning. Our award winning cheeses are also featured in recipes by two Michelin Star chef's, Mr Nigel Howarth, and Mr Michael Caines. More recently in 2011 Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate have named us on their Menus. The 2011 Great Yorkshire Show again provided our cheese with yet more awards, also this year even our milk was awarded 1st prize in the best specialty milk section !! In 2012 we were asked to help promote the Great Yorkshire Show, as you will see from the episodes below, we were delighted to help and had great fun filming. Not only that but our Soft Goats Cheese Log, and our potted Crowdie both won first prize in their own categories which was fantastic news for us, and our customers !!! So whether you use our milk or our cheese you can rest assured that the products have all been awarded 1st prize at the UK's Premier Agricultural Show. In 2012 we also welcomed the film crew from Shiver Productions who produce The Dales on ITV , fronted by Ade Edmondson , this series celebrates not only the Fantastic Yorkshire Dales but also the characters that make The Dales such a fabulous place to live and of course visit. Series 3 is due to be screened in 2013 , so who knows , you could be getting our Goats in your own living room very shortly !! 2012 also saw the Culinary Olympics in Germany where England secured a silver medal , well done people , and thank you for including us on the successful menu, of course we were glad to help !!! With the help of Chef Tom Aikens we were also named on an Banquet for delegates and government officials prior to the London 2012 Olympic Games, how proud were we, thanks to the Guardian Newspaper too for mentioning is in their report on the Global Investment Conference.
2013 and Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate are supporting us yet again which is brilliant news.

On Farm :We use milk only from our own herd of goats which then travels 15 metres to our purpose built dairy to be pasteurised. It is then hand made into delicious creamy traditional cheese's ready to be distributed to individuals, retailers, and restaurants alike.
