Yellison Farm Spreadable Goats Cheese, Curds, &  'Crowdie'.

 

Our multi award winning soft cheese log is available in 150g or 800g. It is a very fresh young goats cheese with many fans throughout the dales and beyond. Often used in TV cookery programmes by award winning chefs, it is our best selling cheese.

Based on a recipe from Scotland our award winning Crowdie is a  delightful cheese and is a perfect accompaniment to crackers and has even been showcased by a celebrity chef in a cheese cake ! The possibilities are endless and the choice is yours. We enjoy it simply as a side dip in a salad. 150g and 500g pots are available.

We have recently received demands ! for our cheese curd ! So much so we have now made this generally available as well. We like to keep you all happy !! We are now able to supply goats cheese curds in 500g portions, enjoy !

We of course still produce our award winning Pasteurised Whole Goats Milk, 1st Prize winner of the 2011 Great Yorkshire Show Speciality Milk section. Available in 1 litre cartons. A very delicious and creamy milk indeed !
