About Our Herd

Over the past five years we have built up a herd of milking goats through a planned breeding programme. We have a base of Saanen, Anglo Nubian and Toggenburg Goats, along with a few willing Billy's. Our management of the three breeds gives us a balance of quantity of milk with the quality for our cheeses. We will continue to increase our herd from the current numbers to give consistency and production capability.
